     Woodworking Course             Booking Policy
 

Thank you for choosing to learn with us. We are committed to providing a high-quality and enjoyable learning experience in all our woodworking courses. Please read the following booking policy carefully before registering for any of our woodworking courses.

1. Booking & Payment

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

  • Bookings can be made via our website or in person, subject to availability.

  • We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as specified at checkout.

2. Confirmation

  • A booking confirmation will be sent to your email upon successful registration and payment.

  • Please check your confirmation for accuracy. Contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

3. Cancellations by You

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7–14 days before the course start date will receive a 50% refund.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins.

  • Alternatively, you may request to reschedule to another available course date (one-time only), subject to availability.

4. Cancellations by Us

  • In the unlikely event that we must cancel or postpone a course (e.g., due to illness, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances), you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • We are not liable for any other costs incurred as a result of cancellation (e.g., travel, accommodation).

5. Transfers

  • Bookings are non-transferable to another person unless approved in advance.

  • Please contact us at least 72 hours before the course if you would like to request a name change on the booking.

6. Attendance & Conduct

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and refunds will not be issued.

  • Participants are expected to follow safety instructions and behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately.

7. Health & Safety

  • All participants must wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe footwear.

  • If you have any health conditions or accessibility needs, please let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.
