At TM Woodcrafts, we take our responsibility seriously when selling age-restricted products such as knives, chisels, blades and other bladed products . UK law prohibits the sale of these items to anyone under the age of 18, and we are committed to promoting safe and responsible tool use. 
 

Why We Verify Your Age
 

Under the Criminal Justice Act 1988, the Violent Crime Reduction Act 2006, we are legally required to confirm that all customers purchasing knives, bladed items, or honing fluid are aged 18 or over before their order can be dispatched. 
 

How We Verify Your Age
 

If your order includes an age-restricted product, our Sales Team will email you to request proof of age before processing and dispatch. We accept the following as valid proof of age: 

• UK Driving Licence – must show your name, date of birth, photo, and billing address 

• Passport – must show your name, date of birth, and photo plus a recent utility bill showing your shipping address 

Please include your order number when you send your documents to TMWoodcrafts@gmail.com to avoid delay. 

Requirements

• Your shipping address must match your ID 

• We cannot accept prepaid credit cards as proof of age 

• We cannot deliver age restricted products to school addresses 

• If you prefer not to provide proof of age, we will refund the age-restricted item(s) and ship the rest of your order
