Thank you for choosing to book classes with TM Woodcrafts. To ensure a smooth and fair booking process, please read and understand our booking policy outlined below:

1. Class Registration

1.1. To secure a spot in our classes, you must complete the registration process through our website on the 'contact' page

1.2. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

2. Non-Refundable Deposit

2.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking for each class. The deposit amount is 30% the total sum of the class

2.2. The non-refundable deposit ensures your commitment to attending the class and helps us reserve your spot, making it unavailable to other potential participants.

2.3. The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total class fee, which you are responsible for paying in full before the class starts.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for the class must be made in full before the class start date. Failure to make the full payment may result in the forfeiture of your spot, and your deposit will not be refunded.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1. If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.

4.2. The non-refundable deposit is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

4.3. If you cancel your booking within 72 hours (participants will be asked to read this policy during the booking process) before the class start date, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the class fee, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellation is subject to Wix payment transaction fee

5. Rescheduling

5.1. In some cases, we may allow you to reschedule your class to a different date or time, subject to availability and our discretion.

5.2. Rescheduling requests should be made at least 72 hours before the original class start date.

6. Minimum Enrolment

6.1. Classes may require a minimum number of participants to run. In the event that a class is cancelled due to low enrolment, we will provide a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.

7. Liability

7.1. TM Woodcrafts is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during the class. TM Woodcrafts will ensure to demonstrate correct and safe usage of tools and a full risk assessment is in place.
